Fast, reliable fulfillment for your wholesale orders
Most wholesale orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons (October–December, February–April), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We'll notify you if your order experiences any delays.
In-stock items only: All products listed on our wholesale catalog are kept in inventory. We do not accept pre-orders or backorders.
We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping method is determined by order weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.
Standard Ground (5–7 business days): Free on orders $500+, otherwise $15 flat rate
2-Day Express: $35 flat rate (all orders)
Overnight Express: $60 flat rate (all orders)
Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST with expedited shipping will ship the same business day.
Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
International: We currently ship to Canada only. International wholesale accounts must contact us directly at wholesale@adiva.com for shipping quotes and customs documentation.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or package forwarding services.
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track your order directly through the carrier's website or your wholesale account dashboard.
Signature confirmation is required for orders over $1,000. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with redelivery instructions.
Adiva is not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors, weather, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
All shipments are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and damaged items immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier first to verify delivery location. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
We'll replace damaged or lost merchandise at no charge once the claim is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting wholesale@adiva.com. After this window, orders are queued for fulfillment and cannot be changed.
Refused shipments or returned-to-sender orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges.
Orders exceeding 500 units may qualify for freight shipping at discounted rates. Contact your account representative for a custom shipping quote.
We offer blind dropshipping for established accounts. Additional fees apply. Contact us for details.
