Wholesale accounts are approved within 24 hours of application submission. We partner with established retail businesses including boutiques, salons, spas, beauty supply stores, and online retailers.
To qualify, you must provide a valid business license or tax ID number, physical or online storefront information, and intended use for retail resale purposes.
Per SKU Minimum: 6 units per design/colorway
First Order Minimum: $150 (wholesale value)
Reorder Minimum: $100 (wholesale value)
You may mix and match products to meet minimum order requirements. Volume discounts automatically apply at checkout based on total quantity ordered.

Pricing is subject to change. Approved accounts receive advance notice of any pricing adjustments.
First Order: Payment due in full at time of order (credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer accepted)
Net 30 Terms: Available for established accounts after 3 consecutive on-time payments. Subject to credit approval.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full credit or replacement.
Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our wholesale support team. Products must be in original, unopened packaging. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Adiva products are intended for retail resale only. Wholesale accounts may not resell products to other wholesalers or distributors without written authorization.
We do not grant exclusive territory rights. Products may be sold through brick-and-mortar locations, e-commerce websites, or both.
Approved wholesale partners receive access to product photography, marketing materials, and brand assets for use in retail sales and promotion.
The Adiva name and logo are registered trademarks. Use of our brand assets must comply with our brand guidelines. Unauthorized use or modification of brand materials is prohibited.
